Our corporation is glad to welcome you as a potential buyer and a partner of Exclusive Rights on our Methodology “TES”. Recently, because of integration in the market of our new upgraded model of TES appraisal system, we are making a complete reconstruction of the Data base, thus until May 15, 2008 we will be only accepting applications. Decision to choose the Right-holder out of all applicants will be made until May 10, 2008. When selecting an exclusive Right-holder for a country or a region we connect the new partner to international project to regulate antiquity market in which private and government authorities have already participated. Precisely because of this it is important to us not only financial aspect (possibility of purchasing the Exclusive rights) of a future partner but also his professional potential. In relation to this, we ask all applicants email us at office@tamoikinsmuseum.com with answers to the following questions (please indicate “Exclusive” as reference):
1. Applicant’s name (for legal entity - copy of registration is required; others – copy of a document with signature and the address)
2. Which country/ region/ state/ province you claim for;
3. Experience with cultural and historic valuables: (a) work experience time wise, (b) theme direction;
4. Experience in professional appraisal;
5. Brief plan and possibilities for introduction of the Methodology “TES” in claimed (point 2) region.
Approximate cost of Exclusive Rights for the period of 5 (five) years for a region, state or province is 15,000 (fifteen thousand) Euro, plus 5% from each payment for a document issued based on Methodology “TES”.
The cost of Exclusive Rights for a country depends on the number of regional subdivisions. However, we take in consideration each case and work out the cost individually.
